Clinical psychologist specialized in the management of psychological trauma and the prevention of psychosocial risks, I have been supporting companies for more than 7 years in improving the quality of life at work.
I thus réalise different missions at the three levels of PRévention of RPS:
- At the primary level, I conduct audits with an occupational psychologist to assess the quality of life at work of employees and thus to establish an action plan to improve it;
- At the secondary level, I provide training on varied themes (accompaniment of an employee in difficulty, communication and conflict management, crisis management in companies ...) and accompany the teams during thematic workshops or practice analyses;
- At the tertiary level, I accompany the collectives in crisis management (décès of an employee, accident, aggression ...) throughout the process, dès the occurrence of the événement: I réalise a detailed analysis of the situation, helps the supervisors in the communication around the événement and the accompaniment of the employees, réalise if it is necessary to have an on-site intervention adapted to the needs (individual interviews, advice time à supervision, animation of speaking groups, post-traumatic debriefing ...) and offers a follow-up of the situation.
I particularly appreciate the diversity of the missions I carry out and I continue to train myself in order to provide the best possible support.
