Occupational psychologist graduated since 2010, I have more than 11 years of experience in health service at inter-company work.
Passionate about the issue of mental health at work, I have been involved during these years in the preparation of psychosocial risks in companies, the accompaniment of change and the management of suffering at work, both collectively, than individual. I intervene in all sectors of activity for structures of all statuses and sizes.
Since 2018, I have been particularly involved in supporting managers and business leaders.
Certified professional coach since 2021, I offer to the active, a tailor-made professional transition support, in order to bring them à take stock of their current situation and à project themselves concretely and serenely into the future.
I have also been a trainer since 2012 for the Institut National de Recherche et de Sécurité (INRS), in order to transmit my know-how to the actors of prévention such as Médecins du travail, Agents of CARSAT or Labour Inspectors.
I teach in connection with the issues of change management and the management of suffering at work, à the Université de Lorraine, since 2015.
I have trained myself with the ACT thérapie, or Acceptance-Commitment thérapie in 2020 that I use during suffering consultations at work.
