I have two convictions from my experience as head of a pôthe audit advice on psychosocial risks, but also as a coach, and HR consultant. The first is this: whether you are a technician, manager, manager or executive, both professional and private, are at the heart of the work experience. They are linked. Therefore, this is my second conviction,& the person must be understood in his or her intégralité because he or she is the heart of the solution to doubts and growing discomfort. At the same time, it is incumbent on me to steer it towards a better balance and more fluidit, both for its bénéfice and for that of its équipe(s).
Problems of competence, organization, workload, relationship with the hiérarchy or with its team, professional fatigue, agreement with its managementésituations abound and make me abound and amà each time à considering above all the person in his human and subjective dimension, à the opposite of a more tactical and therefore more superficial approach, which does not regulate the situation durably and in depth.
